We are certainly in the right area to accommodate this vision – using the rich bounty of produce found in the Canterbury region and the rest of the surrounding South island.  

We will create exquisite dishes and menus for you from the formal to the unusual. 

We make most of our menu from scratch, by hand. Ensuring bewitching aromas, tantalising textures and fantastical flavours resulting in a fabulous feast for your epic wedding day. 

Where to start? We understand the real pressure of the “Wedding overwhelm” with this in mind we keep it as simple and straight forward to plan your menu with us, offering advice from timings to the amount of food to designing something a little bit different.
